Calls may be recorded. Pennsylvania requires the consent of all parties before a call is recorded. By continuing your call, you consent to it being recorded.
Privacy requests
This is a call-only service, so privacy requests are handled by phone. If you have a question about the information connected to your call, or you want to ask what was recorded, call (223) 318-0314 and tell the independent professional who answers that you have a privacy request. They will pass your details to us, and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can. If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
